Cineplex Community Day (Saturday, October 20th starting at 9am at Cineplex Theatres) ? Enjoy a morning of FREE family-friendly movies and select $2 concession items. Garry Krinsky presents Toying with Science (Saturday, October 20th at 2pm in St. Albert) ? Learn about basic science concepts but in a fun, entertaining way as Garry Krinsky uses his clowning and theatre skills to teach while entertaining.
Halloween at Muttart: Beware of Bugs (Sunday, October 21st from 12pm-4pm at Muttart Conservatory) -?Dress in your costume and go on a hunt for all kinds of bugs! This event features games and participants go home with candy too. A less ?scary? event, this is perfect for the younger crowds.
?Go Baroque or Go Home!? ? All Day Sundays (Sunday, October 21st at the Art Gallery of Alberta) -?Inspired by the new exhibition?Beautiful Monsters: Beasts and Fantastic Creatures in Early European Prints, participate in activities such as storytelling, Baroque-inspired print making, and drawings.
A Slumber Party with Dr. Seuss?s The Lorax! (Tuesday, October 23rd from 10am-12pm at West Edmonton Mall) ? Dress in your jammies and come to WEM to watch Dr. Seuss? The Lorax. While you?re there, visit the Wiggles Colouring Station for a chance to win a family pack of tickets to see?A Celebration: The Wiggles! (see below).
?Sounds Like A? ? Tours For Tots?(Wednesday, October 24th at the Art Gallery of Alberta)?- Bring your 3-5 year old, make your own musical instrument and then explore the Gallery to see how it sounds in the different areas.
A Celebration: The Wiggles! (Thursday, October 25th at 2:30pm at Northlands) ? Buy your tickets for the last opportunity to see original Wiggles members on tour. There are two shows: 2:30pm and 6:30pm.
